Comments:

Rental Agreement

(1) Reasonable care will be exercised by the person using the reserved equipment when transporting and using the equipment to protect it against loss or damage.

(2) Lost, stolen or damaged equipment will be reported immediately to AETS.

(3) University property can only be used off campus if it is required by Contract or Grant or if its use will further benefit the goals of the University.

(4) The equipment will be returned on demand, upon completion of the related work task or prior to employment separation, whichever comes first. If the equipment is not returned, the employee will be assessed the replacement cost of the equipment (pursuant to Section 112.175 F.S. and FGCU's Employee Debt Collection Regulation FGCU-PR5-003).
